• Prepare for a genuine highway merge and exit. The sharp right toward Highway 1 and the exit 374 ramp onto BC-5 are the real thing, not a quiet primary road.
• Settle into BC-5 as the longest stretch. It covers 5.28 km on its own.
• Watch for the TRU Campus signage near Summit Drive. It marks a shift into a busier, university-adjacent stretch of road.
