This route briefly joins the actual Coquihalla Highway, classed a motorway, via a ramp merge and an exit at 290 toward Merritt City Centre, one of the few genuine highway merges in this project. Voght Street carries the second-longest single leg at 2.94 km.

Tips for this specific route

• Prepare for a real highway merge and exit. The ramp onto the Coquihalla Highway and the exit 290 off-ramp are genuine motorway maneuvers, not a quiet primary road.
• Settle into Nicola Avenue as the longest stretch. Crossed twice, it totals 4.48 km combined.
• Recognize Voght Street as the second-longest leg. It runs 2.94 km on its own.
• Expect a left-leaning turn pattern. 6 of the 11 turns are lefts.
• Don't rush the short Blair Street and Quilchena Avenue sequence near the end. Four turns land close together in a small area.
