What to expect on the roads this route covers

Number 6 Road dominates this route, crossed twice for 5.45 km combined, close to a quarter of the entire drive. Steveston Highway carries the second-longest single leg at 4.50 km, and Number 3 Road adds another 2.69 km. This is one of the longest and most maneuver-dense routes in this project, with an unusually tight cluster of very short turns around a commercial park midway through.

Tips for this specific route

• Settle into Number 6 Road as the dominant stretch. Crossed twice, it totals 5.45 km combined.
• Get comfortable holding speed on Steveston Highway. It runs 4.50 km as a single leg.
• Don't lose count through the Commerce Parkway cluster. A dense sequence of very short rights, lefts, a sharp right, and a bear left all land close together there.
• Budget extra time for this one. At 22.32 km, it's among the longer routes in this project.
• Expect a right-leaning turn pattern. 14 of the 22 turns are rights.
